Zesty Chicken Pot Pie!



     Oh my goodness this recipe is so delicious and really easy to make! I got the recipe from my friend Rebecca's blog Becca Bass's Bistro. I hope that you guys enjoy this recipe as much as my family did!

INGREDIENT
12 oz of Philadelphia cream cheese (1 and 1/2 of 2 8oz packages)
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 package of frozen mixed vegetable (10 oz)
2 envelopes of Italian good seasonings dressing mix
2 refrigerated ready to use pie crusts

MAKE IT
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place cream cheese in large saucepan. Add broth; cook on low heat until cream cheese is completely melted, stirring frequently with wire whisk. Stir in chicken, vegetables and dressing mix. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Place one of the pie crusts down. Spoon in filling. Cover with pie crust; seal and flute edge. Cut several slits in crust to allow steam to escape. Place pie plate on baking sheet.
2. BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown.
