Spinach & Artichoke Dip!


     I got this recipe from my mom who got it from a friend and it is so so yummy! There really isn't much to say about this recipe other than you should definitely try it! Serve it up with crackers or tortilla chips!

INGREDIENTS
1 can artichoke hearts
2 cups mayonnaise
2 cups chopped spinach (you can use frozen...just thaw it and drain)
2 cups parmesan cheese
1 cup pepper jack cheese
1 cup green chilies
1 tbs garlic powder
2 tbs onion powder
1 cup monterrey jack cheese

MAKE IT
1. Blend artichokes in blender or chop.
2. Mix together all ingredients
3. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes
